Do the prints come framed?

All our prints come unframed, but if you would like some advice on finding frames to complement your print, we're more than happy to point you in the right direction.

 

Can I customise my order?

Yes - all of our designs can be personalised, whether that be providing a custom size, changing a font or colour, etc, so feel free to send us a message if you can't find the perfect print for you and we'll do our best to fulfil your needs.

 

Will I get to see a proof?

Yes - if you have purchased a personalised or custom print. Once you have purchased your print and sent through your personalisation details, we will then send you an online proof of your print within 1-2 business days. You can request unlimited design iterations so we can make sure the final product is exactly what you need.

 

Can I request a refund?

Yes - please see our refund policy for details. Please note, however, that personalised items cannot be refunded.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes - if we have not already begun processing your order, so we would recommend contacting us as soon as possible with your cancellation request at jennifer@embracingrainbows.co.uk. This does not affect your ability to request a return or exchange within our refund policy.

 

How long will my print take to arrive?

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or there is a problem, don't worry! Please email, providing a brief description of the problem, including a photo of any damage to both the print and the packaging, so we can pursue the matter with the courier. We will provide a replacement.

 

Do you ship internationally?

International orders can be placed via my Etsy shop.

 

Do you sell wholesale?
